Jo Houston & Company Real Estate and Development has a commitment to people that I have not seen in any Real Estate Company that I have worked with in the past.  I have been in the building industry for over thirty years.  My father was also in the industry and I learned from a master, from the old school.  So I can recognize quality work and people who are committed and dedicated to provide quality in workmanship and customer service.   I feel that we have developed a full service company who believes in the “old school” philosophy. 

I am a local growing up in Pickens and later my parents moved to Salem.  I graduated from Clemson University with a Degree in Construction Management with an emphasis in design.  In the past 30 years I have designed and built commercial, residential and developed many projects.   

Most my experience has been in commercial development and I look forward to working in this area.  I am a good negotiator and can’t wait to help you negotiate your best deal.
